Vetzo ("Vetzo", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Vetzo mobile application, a platform designed to help users discover, post, buy and sell pets and livestock.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and protected when you use the Vetzo application. By accessing or using Vetzo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Vetzo Platform

Vetzo primarily provides a platform where users may create and view advertisements or listings relating to pets and livestock and connect with other interested users.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Vetzo does not own, breed, buy, sell, transport, inspect, verify, certify or physically handle the pets or livestock listed by users.

Information including descriptions, images, prices, availability, health information, breed information, ownership claims and other listing details is generally provided by users who create the advertisements.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information

Vetzo allows users to sign in using Google authentication. Depending on the authentication information made available and required for the service, we may collect or store:

• Name
• Email address
• Google authentication or account identifier
• Profile picture, where available and used by the application

Vetzo does not collect or store your Google account password.

3.2 Profile Information

Users may voluntarily provide profile information such as their name, contact details, location or area, and other information necessary to use available features.

3.3 Listing and Advertisement Information

When users create a pet or livestock listing, we may store information voluntarily submitted by the user, including:

• Animal category or type
• Breed
• Age and gender
• Price
• Description
• Photos or other supported media
• Location or area
• Availability and contact details
• Other information voluntarily included in the listing

Information intentionally published as part of a listing may be visible to other Vetzo users.

3.4 Support and Communication

If you contact us for support, feedback, complaints or privacy-related matters, we may process your name, email address and the information contained in your communication.

3.5 Technical Information

Limited technical information may be processed where necessary to operate, secure and improve the application. Depending on the services integrated into the app, this may include device information, operating system, application version, diagnostic information or crash reports.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Authenticate users through Google Sign-In
• Allow users to create, edit and manage listings
• Display listings and connect interested users
• Provide customer support
• Maintain, secure and improve the Vetzo platform
• Prevent spam, fraud, misuse or policy violations

5. User Consent

Users voluntarily provide information when signing in, creating a profile, posting an advertisement, uploading media, contacting support or using features that require such information.

By submitting information to Vetzo, users consent to its collection and use for providing the requested functionality and operating the platform as described in this Privacy Policy.

6. Google Authentication

Vetzo may use Google Sign-In to securely authenticate users. Google authentication may provide Vetzo with limited account information necessary to identify and maintain the user's account.

Vetzo does not receive or store your Google password. Google's processing of information is also governed by its applicable privacy policies and terms.

7. Public Listings and Information Sharing

Vetzo is a listing platform. Information that users intentionally publish in advertisements may be visible to other users.

Depending on available features, public listing information may include animal details, images, price, description, location or area and other information voluntarily included by the user.

Users are responsible for reviewing the information they publish and should not post personal or sensitive information that they do not want others to access.

8. Sale of Personal Data

Vetzo does not sell users' personal information for monetary consideration.

Information may only be processed or shared where necessary to provide platform functionality, display content intentionally published by users, operate technical services, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of the platform.

9. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information stored through Vetzo. These measures may include secure authentication, access controls, encrypted communications and restricted access to systems.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. Therefore, while we take reasonable steps to protect information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain Vetzo, manage accounts and listings, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable policies.

Listings may remain available until deleted by the user, expired, removed under applicable platform functionality or removed for legal, safety or policy reasons.

12. User Responsibility and Transactions

All communications, negotiations, purchases, sales, payments, transportation, delivery, ownership transfers and other arrangements between users are made independently and at the users' own discretion and risk.

Vetzo is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Users are responsible for independently verifying:

• The identity and credibility of the other party
• Ownership and lawful possession of an animal
• The animal's health and condition
• Breed, age, gender, vaccination and other claims
• Relevant veterinary records and documentation
• Payment arrangements and transaction terms
• Transportation and delivery arrangements
• Applicable laws, permits, registrations and regulations

13. No Guarantee of Listings

Vetzo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, quality, safety, availability, ownership, health, breed, condition, price or authenticity of any pet, livestock, seller, buyer, listing or user-generated content.

The presence of a listing on Vetzo does not mean that Vetzo has verified, certified, endorsed or guaranteed the listing, animal, seller or buyer.

Users should independently verify all information before making a purchase, sale or any other decision.

14. Limitation of Platform Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vetzo shall not be responsible for disputes, losses, damages, injuries, illnesses, deaths, fraud, misrepresentation, failed transactions, payment disputes, transportation issues, ownership disputes or other consequences arising from interactions or transactions between users.

This includes issues relating to animal health, disease, injuries, fraudulent listings, incorrect information, payments, transportation, delivery, ownership, legal compliance or the conduct of users.

Users use Vetzo and interact with other users at their own discretion and risk.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

15. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for advertisements, descriptions, photographs and other content submitted through Vetzo.

Users must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, harmful or in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.

Vetzo may take reasonable action, including restricting or removing content or accounts, where content violates applicable laws, platform rules or other policies.

16. Third-Party Services

Vetzo may use third-party services necessary for features such as authentication, hosting, databases, storage, analytics or technical infrastructure.

Such services may process limited information as necessary to provide their functionality and may be governed by their own applicable privacy policies.

17. App Permissions

Vetzo may request device permissions only when required for specific features. For example, the application may request access to photos, media or camera functionality when users choose to upload or capture images for listings.

Users can generally manage application permissions through their device settings.

18. Children's Privacy

19. Legal Compliance
